Printer Setup, Testing, & Configuration (Web)

Install Driver

Click the above link for your Windows or MacOS computer. Download the Zebra Browser Printer Driver and install following the installation prompts.

1. Fill in the required information and click 'Submit'


2. Once you click 'Submit' you will be directed to the download screen. Click the download button

3. Check the box to accept the terms and click the Download button.

4. Run the downloaded installer file click 'Next'

5. Click Next again

6. Check the box if you want to create an icon on your desktop and click 'Next'


7. Lastly, click 'Install'

8. When complete, keep the checkbox checked to launch Zebra Browser Print. Click 'Finish'

Setting the Default Printer in Zebra Browser Print

By setting the default, you wont have to select the printer every time you want to print a label.

1. On Windows, the Zebra Browser Print will run in the background and be accessible in the System Tasks section of the desktop

You can access Zebra Browser Print but right-clicking on this icon

2. Select Settings and for 'Default Devices' click the 'Change' button

3. Choose your printer and click 'Set'

4. You can close the Browser Print Settings window now.

First Time Setup

The first time you use printing from the web, you must grant permission to manyfastscan to use Zebra Browser Print

Provide manyfastscan the permissions to search for the Zebra Brower Print Driver - if the Driver is not installed, you will get the error message below.

If you get this error message, this means either you do not have the Zebra Browser Print Driver installed, or your printer is not plugged into the computer and powered on

4. If the Zebra Print Browser is installed, after you click 'Print' you will be prompted to allow manyfastscan to access the tool. Click 'Yes'

Example: Print One Item Label


1. Select the 'Printer Icon' on the Manifest Item you want to print

2. If you selected a default printer on the Zebra Browser Print Settings, you printer will already be selected in the dropdown menu. Otherwise, select it and click Print

3. Provide manyfastscan the permissions to search for the Zebra Brower Print Driver - if the Driver is not installed, you will get the error message below.

If you get this error message, this means either you do not have the Zebra Browser Print Driver installed, or your printer is not plugged into the computer and powered on

4. If the Zebra Print Browser is installed, after you click 'Bulk Print' you will be prompted to allow manyfastscan to access the tool. Click 'Yes'


5. Select your printer from the dropdown. If you set the default printer in Zebra Browser Print, you will be able to skip this step.

Example: Bulk Printing



1. Select the checkbox next to the items you want to print labels for. Alternatively, you can select the checkbox at the top of the items table to select all items in view.

2. When checkboxes are selected, the Bulk Print button will become enabled. Click it

3. Provide manyfastscan the permissions to search for the Zebra Brower Print Driver - if the Driver is not installed, you will get the error message below.

If you get this error message, this means either you do not have the Zebra Browser Print Driver installed, or your printer is not plugged into the computer and powered on

4. If the Zebra Print Browser is installed, after you click 'Bulk Print' you will be prompted to allow manyfastscan to access the tool. Click 'Yes'


5. Select your printer from the dropdown. If you set the default printer in Zebra Browser Print, you will be able to skip this step.



6. Click Print All to print to your Zebra Printer
