¶ WiFi Connectivity
¶ Configuring your Zebra printer to connect via WiFi to your local network
In order to start using WiFi connectivity with your Zebra printer, you first need to download and install Zebra Setup Utility. Link for download: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/printer-software/printer-setup-utilities.html
- Please note that Zebra Setup Utility is an external piece of software - steps to download and install might differ over the time. We are unable to guarantee that the procedure will be the same in the future.
- Download the Zebra Setup Utility from the link provided above.
- Install the Zebra Setup Utility
- Install drivers if needed
- Set up the printers WiFi connectivity using Zebra Setup Utility
- Verify that the printer has been connected to your WiFi network.
- You can go to your router and verify under WLAN that there is a connection made from the printer

- Reserve the IP of the WiFi printer
- This is dependant of the router. If you don't know how to do it, Google "-Router Name- how to reserve IP DHCP" or "-Router Name- DHCP Binding"
- Forward the port 9100 for the reserved IP of the printer to 4567 (or any other port instead of 4567, but you must keep track of what port you used)
- This is also dependant of the router. If you don't know how to do it, Google "-Router Name- how to forward port"
- Verify that the port has been forwarded by using any of the online port forward checkers.
- PLEASE NOTE: Your printer must be turned on and connected to WiFi as well, otherwise it might state that the port is closed even if it is forwarded.
- For example, use https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
- Use a DDNS service to have a constant reference to your dynamic IP. Skip if you have static IP address from your provider.
- This step is dependant on the DDNS service you use. DuckDNS is a to use DDNS service. Installation guide for DuckDNS (might change in future): https://www.duckdns.org/install.jsp (Select proper operating system that you use - for Windows use "windows-gui", for MacOS use "osx")

¶ Print one-off label (test Printer and ZPL Template)
You can test the printer and ZPL template by using one-off print functionality. All information should be entered by you.
Print one-off label by doing the following:
- In main menu, select the Printing menu option
- Select Print option
- Select one of ZPL Templates assigned to your account
- Select one of available Printer assigned to your account
- Input the values available from the ZPL Template
- Click Print

You can add the label printer by doing the following:
- In main menu, select the Printing menu option
- Select Printers option
- Click Add Printer in top right corner of the screen
- Input printer details
- Click Save
¶ Edit Printer
You can edit the already added label printer by doing the following:
- In main menu, select the Printing menu option
- Select Printers option
- Click Update next to the desired printer
- Change printer details
- Click Save

¶ Delete Printer
You can edit the already added label printer by doing the following:
- In main menu, select the Printing menu option
- Select Printers option
- Click Delete next to the desired printer
- Confirm by clicking Delete
