¶ Create a Manifest Group
In order to start adding actual manifests, you need to create a Manifest Group to which you'll assign specific manifests.
- In main menu, select the Manifest Generator menu option
- Select Manifest Group option
- Click on Create Manifest Group button at top right of the screen
- Input Manifest Group details
- Use Data Settings options to configure the default data settings for this manifest group.
- Configured data settings will be applied to every new manifest which will be created for this Manifest Group
- Click Save
¶ Viewing all Manifest Groups
Manifests Group table contains the relevant informations for your Manifest Groups. Information displayed:
- Name
- Count of items across all manifests for the Manifest Group
- Total value for all the items
- Created date
You can specify the number of manifest groups displayed per page by using the "Records Per Page" dropdown. Manifest groups are paginated, and you can use the page navigation at the bottom of manifest group table.
Access the Manifest Group view by doing the following:
- In main menu, select the Manifest Generator menu option
- Select Manifest Group option
¶ Filter Manifest Groups
You can filter the Manifest Groups by typing in the Name textbox.
- In main menu, select the Manifest Generator menu option
- Select Manifest Group option
- Enter filter keyword in
Nametextbox
¶ Edit Manifest Group
To edit Manifest Group properties follow the following steps:
- In main menu, select the Manifest Generator menu option
- Select Manifest Group option
- Click on Manifest Group which you want to edit
- Edit the Manifest Group details
- Use Data Settings options to configure the default data settings for this manifest group.
- Configured data settings will be applied to every new manifest which will be created for this Manifest Group
- NOTE: Existing manifests will not have their data settings changed.
- Click Save
¶ Delete Manifest Group
Deleting the manifest group doesn't delete the manifests created for that manifest group. However, you can't add new manifests to the deleted Manifest Group.
To delete a Manifest Group follow the following steps:
- In main menu, select the Manifest Generator menu option
- Select Manifest Group option
- Click on Delete button (trashcan icon) on the manifest group you want to delete
- Confirm by pressing Delete
